It's that mysteriously quiet, but not so quiet time of the year in the world of work. On the one hand, you may be busy trying to wrap up all of those projects that were due back in September (Remember September?). On the other, no one is returning your calls and a lot of your emails are going unanswered.The last two weeks of the year are an excellent time to shut it all down, downshift into a lower gear. Let your mind drift and try out some new ways of looking at things.
